2.Characteristics:

    It is one of quaternary ammonium salt class of cationic surfactant, belonging to non-oxidizing product; with broad spectrum, high efficiency decontamination, algae resistance, the effect is strong and fast;
    Soluble in water or ethanol, slightly soluble in acetone, insoluble in ether or benzene; smell fragrant, taste very bitter; its aqueous solution is alkaline, can produce lots of foam when shaking.
    Stable, resistance to light and heat, no-volatile, easy to save;
    It has a good role in the release of mud and cleaning, but also has a certain deodorant effect;
    At low temperatures, the liquid will be turbid or precipitation, the colloid may also gradually form a waxy solid;
    Can reduce the surface tension, make fat emulsification, so has a clean decontamination effect;
    Can change the permeability of bacterial cytoplasmic membrane, the bacterial cytoplasmic material extravasation, hinder its metabolism; have a killing effect on gram-negative bacteria, mycoplasma, mold protozoa;

    Used as a  preservatives. For the livestock and poultry, bee, silkworm and other breeding environment, equipment, wound, skin, surface and indoor environment disinfection;
    Used for aquaculture water disinfection. Control of fish, shrimp, crab, turtle, frog and other aquatic animals by vibrio, water monoxide and other bacteria caused by bleeding, rotten gills, ascites, enteritis, boils, rot skin and other bacterial diseases.
    Used as algicide, slime stripping agent and cleaning agent. Widely used in petroleum,chemical, pharmaceutical and industrial water treatment industries;
    Also widely used in emulsification, cleaning, solubilization and so on.

4.Precautions:

    Forbidden to usage compatibility with an anionic surfactant, salts disinfectant, iodide and peroxides.
    Preparation of packaging materials should use: PET, HDPE.
    During the process of making preparations, it needs the heating equipment for the 95% solution.when you fill the dilution into the container, the foam will be produced. Therefore, the self-priming filling machine is not appropriate.
    The requirement of water quality: deionized water would be best. Don't make it with the tap-water of high hardness.
    This product is topical antiseptic, should not take orally.
    Should not be used for cystoscopy, ophthalmic equipment and synthetic rubber disinfection.

    Do not use aluminum containers to store; Using plastic drums, the packing specification is 200kg/bucke;
    Sealed in the indoor cool and ventilated place, the shelf life of 2 years.

6.Safety And Protection:

    In the operation, should be with rubber oil gloves, chemical safety glasses, wear anti-toxic penetration of uniforms. Wash hands immediately after handling this product.
    If contact with skin, rinse the skin thoroughly with soap and water. If you have discomfort, seek medical advice.
    If contact with eyes, separate eyelids, rinse with flowing water or saline. Seek medical attention immediately.
