Characteristics
It is a kind of compound foaming agent with unique technology, which includes varieties of surfactants (zwitterionic surfactant, cosolvent, stabilizer) and auxiliary;
Strong foaming ability; long foam half-life and unload liquid half-life;
Good heat stability and hydrolysis stability; nice salt-tolerant to high formation salinity water, it won't attenuate at all after 8 hours 150℃ ageing;
Excellent foaming and stabilization performance;
Can produce good foams with air, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide;
Compounding with the hard water which has hypersalinity and high calcium and magnesium, the product's stability is better than competing ones. Even more its compatibility with other chemical additive is very good.
Applications
It is mainly used for foaming of extracting and displacing oil, sand washing, well washing, acidification, drilling and drainage gas recovery to increase the production in oil field;
Used to make different kinds of well foam liquid such as foam slurry, foam fracturing fluid, foam acidizing fluid;
Used for oil extraction, gas recovery, drainage technology of oil-gas well and brine-gas well. It has a prominent effect on enhancing ail recovery which can reduce the liquid-column pressure and improve the working condition in the wellbore;
When you are on the drainage gas recovery(oil extraction) work, you should use it in proportion 3‰.
